Can You Share Your Background & How You Came to Work at Techbros?
"I moved to Germany from Ukraine 2.5 years ago, holding a Bachelor’s in English Philosophy & a Master’s and PhD in Public Administration. Having over 10 years of experience as an Assistant Professor and in International Relations, collaborating with stakeholders in a multicultural environment was a daily occurrence for me.
I dedicated my first two years in Germany learning the language, earning a C1 Certification. As the HR Manager at Techbros I can apply my communication and leadership skills while deepening my understanding of German labor laws. This role also enables me to enhance my English and German, as well as acquire new skills."
