Broadening Students’ International Exposure, Techbros Offers Global Internship Program with Telkom University

Aligned with our core values of Collaboration and Excellence, here at Techbros we are always on the lookout for ways to contribute to a better future of Indonesia. Together with Telkom University, we organized an internship program for Telkom University students to not only learn and grow at Techbros, but to directly apply the knowledge and skills they have on a larger, more global scale, allowing them to expand their network and maximize their potential.

The Grand Launching of this program was conducted online, attended by more than 200 individuals from Techbros and Telkom University. Students were eager to hear in-depth information about the program as it offers the opportunity to conduct an internship at a global tech company.

During the Leader’s Talk session of the webinar, Techbros CEO Yudhi Rahadian stated that the people at Techbros are collaborative, passionate about learning and discovering new things, and persistent problem solvers who possess analytical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork skills. We hope to find these qualities in Telkom University’s bright-minded students, as well as those who are able to be creative and generate fresh, new ideas for the industry.

“For this program, Techbros will assist students in three main stages consisting of preparation, selection, and implementation,” CEO Yudhi Rahadian revealed.

The Global Internship program consists of three main stages including preparation, selection, and implementation. Registered students will first conduct an interview session with our team to tell their passion and skills, which affect which group they will work in. These groups will then be divided into three fellowship programs for the next two and a half months: 5G Technology, Big Data, and AI.

We always aim for longevity and sustainable relationships with various partners, Telkom University included, and that is why Techbros’ Global Internship alumni have the opportunity to build a career at Techbros. We also provide recommendations for aforementioned alumni which will hopefully help them for their future career plans.

This internship aims for students to always be aware and keep up to date with the latest technological advancements as the IT world continues to change rapidly. It also urges students to be creative and innovative. “Don’t be lulled by one technological advancement as we must quickly adapt and prepare ourselves for future technological innovations,” Yudhi Rahadian closed off.
